PETER GIBSON
Peter Gibson is a CA and a partner in the Kingston office. He joined the firm after graduating from Laurentian University in 1989. Peter's main focus is providing owner-managed clients with tax and business advisory services. He has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and has extensive experience in both corporate and personal taxation, corporate reorganizations and planning, scientific research and development credits and start up development corporations. Peter has completed numerous wealth preservation and estate planning engagements and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

RICHARD A. WITHEY
Rich Withey is a CMA and is a Principal with the Withey Addison LLP office in Kingston. Rich joined the firm after his graduation from the University of Western Ontario in 1986. During his career he has focused primarily on the provision of advisory, tax , assurance and accounting services to owner managed clients. Specifically Rich has extensive experience in personal and corporate taxation planning, corporate reorganizations, business valuations, estate and wealth preservation strategies and litigation support.
